YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Relief Support Worker, you will play an important role in
ensuring and aiding clients achieve their full potential. You will
assist them in building their strengths and abilities, while
maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship. You will
successfully assist with meal preparation, personal care while also
completing reports, shift notes and providing detailed handover to
staff coming on shift.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be successful in your new role, you will hold a Minimum of QQ1
Level 5 in Social Care or Disability. In addition to this, you will
have experience in working in a Social Care Worker role. You will be
flexible to work various shift patterns in the services and have a
full clean driver?s licence
